Terms and Conditions

Every project is defined in a written quotation or proposal. That document sets out the deliverables, the quantity of assets, the formats, the number of revision rounds and the estimated timeline. Anything not written into it is outside the agreed scope.

We will raise questions before starting if a brief is ambiguous. Work proceeds on the scope as approved, not on assumptions.

The quality and timeliness of the work depend on what we are given to work with.

• You are responsible for supplying accurate product references, brand guidelines, specifications and written instructions.
• Reference material should be clear and representative — colour, finish, proportions and detail are reproduced from what you provide.
• You are responsible for reviewing drafts and returning consolidated feedback within the agreed windows.
• You confirm that a nominated person has authority to approve scope, drafts and final deliverables on your behalf.

Fees and the payment schedule are confirmed in writing before any work begins. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them.

An advance payment is required to reserve production time and to start the project. Work begins once that advance has been received, together with the brief and the assets we need.

Remaining balances fall due as set out in the quotation. Prices are exclusive of any bank charges, currency conversion costs or taxes that may apply, unless the quotation says otherwise.

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quotation. Revisions refine work within the approved scope — adjustments to framing, colour, retouching, pacing or sequencing of what was commissioned.

A change of direction, additional deliverables, extra variations, new products or a revised brief is new work rather than a revision. We will quote for it separately and begin once that revised quotation is approved.

All deliverables are digital. Preview and draft files may be watermarked or supplied at lower resolution while a project is in progress.

Final high-resolution files are released once payment has been settled in full. Delivery is by email or a secure download or cloud link. Our Service Delivery Policy sets out the delivery process in more detail.

You retain ownership of everything you supply to us — your products, trademarks, brand assets and reference material.

On receipt of full payment, you receive the rights to the final delivered assets as set out in your quotation, for the uses described there.

Until payment is settled in full, all work produced remains the property of IntelliCore Studio and is not licensed for use.

We retain ownership of our working files, prompts, models, presets and production methods, which are not part of the deliverables unless expressly agreed in writing.

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show completed work in our portfolio, on our website, in proposals and on social media. If your project is confidential or under embargo, let us know and we will keep it unpublished.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every asset you send us — including products, logos, trademarks, photography, artwork, music and any likeness of a person.

You agree to indemnify IntelliCore Studio against claims arising from material you supplied that you did not have the right to use.

We do not accept projects that are illegal, that infringe someone else's rights, or that are designed to deceive.

• Work that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property.
• Content that impersonates a real person or organisation, or that uses someone's likeness without their permission.
• Fabricated endorsements, reviews, results or claims, and any creative intended to mislead consumers.
• Content that is unlawful under the laws of Pakistan, or that is defamatory, hateful or harassing.

Cancellations, and the circumstances in which a payment is refundable, are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We take care over every project, but we cannot guarantee particular commercial outcomes — sales, engagement, reach or campaign performance depend on many factors outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees you have paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost revenue or lost opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the purpose of the project. This survives the completion of the work.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Okara, Punjab, Pakistan.

We would ask you to raise any concern with us directly first — most issues are resolved quickly in conversation.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force for your project is the one published when your quotation was approved.
