Privacy Policy

We only ask for what a creative project actually requires. Information reaches us in two ways: you give it to us directly, or it is generated automatically as you use the site.

• Details you submit through our contact, consultation and project forms — your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and company or brand name.
• The project details you choose to share: the service you are interested in, budget range, timelines, and a description of what you are launching.
• Project files and materials you send us so we can produce the work — product references, brand guidelines, existing photography, logos, copy and similar assets.
• Correspondence between us: emails, WhatsApp messages, quotations, proposals, briefs and feedback on drafts.
• Billing information needed to raise an invoice and reconcile a payment. Card and bank details are entered with our payment provider, not with us — see 'Third-party services' below.
• Basic technical information collected automatically, such as pages visited, approximate region, browser type and referring site.

We use your information to answer you, to price the work accurately, to produce and deliver it, and to keep proper business records. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

• Replying to enquiries and arranging consultations.
• Preparing quotations and proposals, and confirming scope before work begins.
• Requesting and reconciling payments, and issuing invoices and receipts.
• Producing the commissioned work and delivering final files to you.
• Supporting you after delivery, including revisions within the agreed scope.
• Meeting our legal, tax and accounting obligations in Pakistan.
• Improving the site and understanding, in aggregate, which services our visitors look for.

We process your information because you have asked us to quote for or carry out work, because we have a contract with you, or because we are required to keep records by law. Where we rely on your consent — for example to feature completed work in our portfolio — you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

We use established third-party providers to run the studio. Each receives only the information it needs to perform its function, and each is bound by its own privacy terms. We do not authorise any of them to use your information for their own marketing.

• Payment processing — to take payments securely. Your full card or bank details are entered directly with the payment provider and are never stored on our servers or visible to us.
• Website hosting and content delivery — to serve this site reliably.
• Email and messaging — to correspond with you about your project.
• File delivery and cloud storage — to send you preview and final files through secure download or cloud links.
• Analytics — to understand site usage in aggregate.

Where cookies or similar technologies are used, they support the basic functioning of the site and, if analytics are enabled, help us understand aggregate usage. They are not used to identify you personally or to serve third-party advertising. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; the site remains usable if you do.

Access to client information and project files is limited to the people working on your project. We use reputable providers with encryption in transit, and we keep credentials out of any code that runs in your browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take these obligations seriously and act promptly if a problem arises.

We keep enquiry correspondence and project records for as long as needed to deliver the work, to support you afterwards, to resolve any dispute, and to satisfy the record-keeping periods required by Pakistani tax and accounting rules. Project files that are no longer needed are removed from active storage in the ordinary course.

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address below and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.

Some information cannot be deleted immediately where we are legally required to retain it — invoices and payment records, for example. Where that applies we will tell you what we must keep and why.

IntelliCore Studio does not sell, rent or trade client information to anyone, and does not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information is shared only with the service providers described above, or where we are required to do so by law.

We may wish to show completed work in our portfolio, on social media or in proposals. Where a project is confidential, or you would prefer it not to be shown, tell us and we will not publish it. This is also covered in our Terms and Conditions.

Our services are offered to businesses and to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as our services or providers change. The current version is always published on this page, with the date it was last revised shown at the top.
